" I didn't start this fight, . . .  but I'm gonna finish it "  -- From the Movie " Changling " Starring Angelina Jolie     Requirements for Induction Inductees in the "Thugs" category have engaged in FRESCA Crimes in North Carolina pursuant to the directives of those inducted as "Monsters".  Although likely oblivious that their directed, or otherwise assisted misdeeds served as part of the cover-up efforts in MorganStanleyGate, those inducted as "Thugs" are cognizant their acts (articulated herein) have been unlawful, yet in many cases, they have behaved with brazen impunity, as though they were above the law.   Those inducted under this classification are similarly devoid of moral values as those who directed them, and as exemplified by their transgressions, these individuals are downright evil.
