" Sunlight is the best disinfectant. "
(This was also the title of President Barack Obama's speech on his ninth day in office, where he promised openness and transparency of his administration's governance to the American people.)
Requirements for Induction
Those inducted into The CABLEINCH Hall of Shame as Monsters have played prominent roles in the FRESCA Crimes perpetrated in North Carolina. As this classification suggests, these individuals represent the most hideous aberrations of humanity. Accordingly, it is important that those inducted as Monsters be promptly extricated from their positions for the protection of the public, for they thrive in preying on others and propagating fear through many forms of bullying, while demonstrating no conscience whatsoever for their actions.
What makes these individuals especially repulsive is that they engage in their unlawful and amoral activities in a duplicitous manner, with the express intent of causing substantial damages and unimaginable pain and suffering to others. And with regard to certain inductees, their underlying intent was to literally commit murder (and mask it as an unfortunate event that was beyond their control), as described more fully below. Through their outrageously malicious acts, those who have been inducted as Monsters have demonstrated an unmistakable disdain for humanity and are incorrigibly evil.
